Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is a pivotal role within our organisation, dedicated to expanding our client base and nurturing existing relationships in Western Australia. This role demands a strategic approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuring our current clients' satisfaction and loyalty.
The successful candidate will drive our company's growth and achieve sales targets within the allocated budget and compliance parameters.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Perth and surrounding areas.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
• Prepare and present reports on market analysis, sales forecasts, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and forge productive relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the product and service development teams to ensure our offerings remain competitive and meet clients' needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Working Conditions:
This role is dynamic and requires flexibility to adapt to the business's and our clients' needs. It
involves regular travel within Western Australia and may require occasional interstate travel. The
successful candidate will be able to manage a demanding schedule, including meetings and events
outside of standard business hours.
