Role Summary:
As Business Development Manager, you will spearhead efforts to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts that benefit both our client and their customers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue lucrative business leads, focusing on high-value national accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the preparation and delivery of compelling capability presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate in the proposal development process, ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing strategies.
- Efficiently communicate and manage opportunities for company tenders, ensuring responsive and accurate submissions.
- Emphasize 'Customer Delight' in onboarding new clients, fostering positive, long-term business relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, maintaining a keen awareness of the market landscape.
- Work collaboratively towards shared team goals, meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
Your Experience Should Look Like:

- Experience in the transport, logistics, and warehousing industry is preferred.
