As a Business Development Executive you will be a key contributor to the business growth in Victoria by expanding the client base and fostering lasting relationships.

In addition you will have the opportunity to oversee existing key accounts with support from our operations and management teams.  

You will be armed with a strong brand, innovative products and services and full backend support to succeed and develop your career.

Tasks & responsibilities 

• Prospect new business and respond to incoming leads 
• Research client's needs and build comprehensive proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, presentation and relationship management
• Work closely with the Operations team on account management and customer service
• Develop lasting and profitable relationships with new and existing customers in order to maximise revenues for the company
• Manage your day to day workflow in our CRM system

Experience and skill requirements 

• You are a highly motivated and engaged sales professional who thrives in a ‘sales through service' culture
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Experience working in a B2B sales role, with demonstrated achievement hitting sales targets 
• Previous real estate, automotive sales or admin experience is preferred 
• Passion to exceed targets and team results
• Team minded and thrives on collaboration, while also being able to work with autonomy to achieve set goals
