About the role
We are in search for a motivated and confident individual, passionate about national transport and logistics who we can help mould into a sales professional. The individual will be responsible for strategically growing the customer base of our Logistics divisions whilst delivering a high-quality service.
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will:
- Identify opportunities and generate sales leads
- Create and maintain an effective pipeline of new business prospects within CRM (Customer relationship management program)
- Ensure all new customers have a positive and smooth experience through their onboarding process
- Driving revenue growth to your budget

You must have:
- Prior experience in logistics or a similar industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Competitive nature
- Hunger to learn and further develop your own skills and career
- Reliable, with the ability to remain productive when working alone
- Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- The right to work in Australia with no restrictions
- Professional business conduct and presentation
