About the Role
Working as part of the Sales team, you will lead sales initiatives, explore new opportunities and build lasting relationships while championing cutting-edge packaging solutions.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with customers in designated market segments to foster new business opportunities.
- Engage in necessary activities such as customer visits and presentations to both existing and potential customers.
- Present offerings, including sustainable packaging solutions, to targeted customers.
- Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective clients.
- Pursue new customer and business opportunities while adhering to strategic directives set by the National Manager.
- Stay updated on market trends and product initiatives to meet business demands.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth in WA markets. (experience with flexible packaging will be highly regarded).
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Understanding of thermoforming films and their applications.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Established relationships and networks in food manufacturing highly regarded.
