We are looking for an innovative Business Development Lead to join our Ringwood team, working with the commercial and manufacturing teams to optimise the site financial performance.

In this role, you will:

• Be the key contact and have accountability for capability around delivery of product, package and processes on site at Ringwood
• Lead and manage the plant based BD team of 3 commercialisation managers
• Provide project management & execution of product and pack change projects to cost/time/scope
• Manage the portfolio life-cycle for a site perspective by executing projects to standards and be accountable for project delivery, timelines & budget
• Play a key role in the Plant Leadership Team

• A strong background in FMCG (essential)
• Experience in Project Management / project commercialisation
• Strong People Management skills, ideally gained in manufacturing
• Strategic Agility, ability to work with ambiguity, and well-developed influencing skills
