Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Working directly with a member of the Executive team, you will be responsible for co-creating and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritise key market segments and prospective clients to target for Business Development opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or related roles.
