The Business Development Manager at AHRI is entrusted with the responsibility of strategically developing and expanding relationships with senior HR professionals in large organisations to grow AHRI membership. This role focuses on forging new business relationships and effectively managing existing accounts, thereby enhancing AHRI's influence and continuous growth.
Requirements
HR Industry Expertise:
- Leverage a profound understanding of the HR industry to position AHRI's services as essential for organisational growth.
- Stay abreast of HR trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes to inform Business Development strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust account management model to service organisation member accounts effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key senior HR professionals, promoting AHRI's offerings and driving commercial success.
- Identify and establish internal and external networks to capitalise on new and existing growth opportunities.
- Execute targeted sales and account management strategies to drive organisation member growth and engagement.
- Showcase AHRI's products and services through relationship-building, engaging presentations, and impactful meetings with prospective organisations.
- Close commercial agreements by adeptly coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the HR industry.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork across internal teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Generate direct revenue growth from existing organisation members by understanding their needs and aligning AHRI's offerings.
- Develop and grow sales of organisational and linked memberships, as well as other AHRI products, by identifying organisation needs and providing them with AHRI led solutions
- Monitor and analyse sales goals, providing insights into organisation membership trends, satisfaction, engagement, and overall sales performance.
