Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the rental portfolio through strategic Business Development initiatives and client acquisition efforts. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy to drive growth and expand our rental portfolio.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including property owners, investors, and developers, through networking, cold calling, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including property management and marketing, to develop tailored solutions and value propositions for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or related field, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of property management principles, rental market dynamics, and industry trends.
