Position: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle client acquisition, from initial identification to ongoing nurturing.
- Implement and refine our B2B sales funnel process for maximum effectiveness.
- Analyze monthly client spend reports to inform strategic adjustments and optimize outcomes.
- Maintain a flexible work arrangement, balancing fieldwork, remote tasks, and office duties.
- Prioritize personal skill development and strategic initiatives to enhance performance continually.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Advantageous).
- Experience within the Real Estate Industry (Advantageous).
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (Desirable).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
