About the Company:
Our client is an equipment development and innovation company that operates in the mining and oil & gas sectors. Due to continuous growth and success, our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to start immediately.
The Position:
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing an existing client base whilst being proactive in developing new business.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify and prioritise new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients
- Utilize CRM platform to track and manage lead and client engagements
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fantastic communication and client service skills, with the proven ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders
Essential Criteria:
- Current WA C Class Drivers Licence
- Excellent personal presentation and negotiation skills
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
