About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of innovative, high-quality equipment for the automotive industry. With a strong focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, they specialize in delivering top-of-the-line wheel aligners and hoists designed to enhance the efficiency and precision of automotive workshops and dealerships.
The Role:
This role is covering QLD and NT as a territory with regional trips to Far North QLD and NT on a quarterly basis. The role will be new business focused, selling to Tyre retailers, workshops and car dealerships while also managing an existing portfolio of clients. This is a proactive, field-based hunting role and you will need to a driven personality and strategic mindset.
What You Will Do:
- Drive New Business: Identify and secure new opportunities with automotive workshops and dealerships.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Product Expertise: Promote our top-of-the-line wheel aligners and hoists, demonstrating their value and effectiveness to potential and current clients.
- Strategic Selling: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our market presence.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Motivation: Self-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and growing the business.
- Knowledge: Understanding of automotive workshops and dealerships is a plus.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2-4 years in a Sales and customer focused role
- Experience selling to the automotive industry would be highly advantageous.
- Well - developed interpersonal skills.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
