Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote, interstate work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, conducting market research, analysing and reporting on sales data, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets and building long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple and concise manner
- Ability to conduct market research, analyse and interpret data, and use insights to inform decision-making
- Strong collaboration and team-working skills
- Experience in the HVAC industry and knowledge of energy-efficient products (preferred)
- Experience in the Energy Efficiency Industry VEU, ESS (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
