We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Mrs Mac's team in NSW to be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth and winning new business.
About the role:
As our NSW Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for meeting our budget and delivering profitable sales growth here in NSW for the Mrs Mac's and Balfours businesses.
As part of your new role, you will be expected to provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring you maintain our strong existing relationships, as well as winning new business.
You will be based out of our office in Camellia, New South Wales, and report directly to the National Business Manager - Major Distributors. Given the nature of this role, you will be expected to travel (NSW, metropolitan and regional).
About you:
We are looking for a commercially focused individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- In order to succeed in this role, you will bring the following:
- Prior experience as a State/Key Account Manager in the FMCG or food industry.
- A proven track record of securing new business throughout your career.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build customer relationships and understand their needs.
- Tertiary Degree or Qualification in a relevant field (Desired).
- A valid Australian Driver's License.
