About us:Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd is situated in Mackay and operates 2 aged care facilities comprising 280 beds across both sites: Good Shepherd Lodge and Kerrisdale Gardens, as well as over 100 Independent Living Units and Home Care services. Our purpose is to provide a caring, safe and stimulating environment that supports our residents and clients to live their later years to the fullest.
REGISTERED NURSES
The BDM position entails comprehensive strategic planning aligned with growth objectives, conducting market analysis to identify expansion opportunities in allied health services and community home care, cultivating strategic partnerships with stakeholders, leading sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients, driving revenue growth through effective strategies, overseeing and providing leadership to multiple departments, establishing performance metrics for evaluation, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining service quality, representing the facility at industry events for networking, and continuously assessing areas for improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.
You must have three (3) covid immunisations and a current flu shot or a medical exemption. A current police check can be organised on your behalf.
