An exciting opportunity is now available in our Mandurah office to join our growing team for a Business Development Manager.

This role would be best suited to an experienced individual with either a property management or sales background who is seeking to develop their skills and expand in their career, or a current Business Development Manager who is motivated to help grow an exceptional rental team who are able to provide 5 star service to our valued clients.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager or Sales Rep to join our fun, supportive team to look after a well-maintained and growing portfolio. 

  • Full-time role, local portfolio, Monday to Friday 
  • Managing a tidy portfolio end to end
  • Well-articulated processes, procedures, and checklists
  • To actively participate in the success and development of the team and your own career
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Bringing in new business to grow the portfolio 

The Ideal candidate

  • Experience in Property Management, Sales or Real Estate industry
  • Skills to self-motivate and provide creative solutions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technology
  • Work well autonomously as well as positively contribute to maintaining a good team culture
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to build professional, lasting relationships with the belief that the client's best interests are the first priority
  • Immaculate and professional personal presentation
  • Hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
