The Role This position will see you explore the eastern seaboard as required, discovering areas of growth, providing education on an incredible range of product innovations, and implementing efficient solutions, specifically to meet the requirements of the industry and clients. You could be based out of their head office in Rutherford or a remote working location across NSW. You'll have a passion for building strong relationships with the ability to hunt and explore your client's needs, your strategic mindset will assist you in identifying gaps in the market, uncovering future projects, and providing sound solutions alongside your competitive edge to drive and meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Driving, creating, and nurturing customer relationships
* Identifying key opportunities in the market and proactively engaging to drive long term business partnerships
* Managing relationships with existing customers to maximise product opportunities and growth within their business, creating targeted presentations, preparing and conducting presentations and guiding clients through the sales process
* Arrange face to face meetings with customers to discuss product range and showcase offerings
* Regular travel throughout the region and interstate
What we're looking for:
* A passionate, engaging sales professional who is hungry for sales and Business Development with a proven success in both Account Management and New Business Development
* Some knowledge and or experience in a similar industry
* A strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and overcome client objectives and challenges
* The ability to work autonomously, be self-managing and results-driven
