RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and pursue new business opportunities with residential builders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Working closely with internal and external team to get the job done.
- Weekly/monthly reporting
- Resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
CANDIDATE
- Prior B2B sales experience in a solution selling to builders.
- Network of residential builders would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate - CRM's, MS Office
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
