Description
- Lead sales activities within the assigned geographic area to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop strategies and plans to expand the number of distributors and customers.
- Manage key accounts across OEMs and implement strategic growth activities.
- Build strong relationships with senior management at key customers.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations, conduct training, and manage distributor performance.
- Travel as required for market development and customer engagement.
Profile
- Strong ability to build relationships, influence others, and understand customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Power Transmission and Fluid Power applications.
- Valid and current driving license.
- High energy and resilience.
