Network Group is seeking a Business Development Manager tasked with sourcing and securing new business opportunities.

Since our inception in 2002, we have been a small family run business specialising in insurance and commercial repairs. Our team provides glass and glazing repairs and restoration services to leading customers across the nation.
About the Role
This role will help drive the growth of Network Group in the insurance and commercial spaces. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities and strengthening the business’s client base. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies for implementation across the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Working closely with our Directors to identify and facilitate business opportunities to provide further growth for the company
- Create and deliver on sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Foster and maintain existing relationships, ensuring we capture opportunities to increase our service offerings to our clients
- Research and build a prospective client list and evaluate potential market entry opportunities
- Attend all relevant brand meetings and industry events
- Actively celebrate the success of our team
To ensure your success, you will possess the following:
- Experience in a comparable Business Development role
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- A competitive, energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious attitude that drives you to exceed KPIs
- Advanced presentation, sales, networking and negotiation skills
- Customer centric mindset with the ability to build outstanding relationships
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
