The Role:
In joining this successful team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing leads, along with listing and leasing properties. Previous experience in a sales focussed role, enthusiasm and professionalism, supported by ongoing training and support, will ensure your success in this role.
- Sourcing and managing new business opportunities
- Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Managers
- Converting leads from the sales team
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
- Leasing and open homes
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Have proven experience in a similar role, or transferable sales skills
- Reliable car / current Drivers Licence
- Excellent phone manner, communication and organisational skills
- Corporate presentation
- Promote a strong customer care attitude
- Have a reputation of being reliable, trustworthy, a team player, driven and focused
- The ability to achieve KPIs
