Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our vibrant and growing team. This role will focus on building and managing relationships within the Central Queensland region. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth in the Central Queensland area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and industry partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to tailor training solutions to meet client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Represent Major Training Group at industry events and networking functions.

About You:
- Proven experience in a Business Development, sales, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel within the Central Queensland region.
