Tasks & responsibilities
- Accepting bookings via phone and email. Ensuring the timely completion of medical check ups by the team. Checking the completeness of medical forms and forwarding these to the client companies. Preparing the invoices at the end of work day. Following up on client payments. Assisting in daily operational management.
