Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial SolarBusiness Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development and sales, within the energy services or similar industry. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solar solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and share knowledge with the team.You must have a passion for sales, a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client oriented, a terrific presenter and communicator and a dynamic closer. You develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients and communicate effectively and with confidence.
  • Be a part of a great sales team and drive the win strategy to success.
