Who we want
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development expert on a contract, part-time basis initially with a proven track record of generating sales appraisals and signing up new lease agreements.
We seek a real 'go-getter' who can make this role their own. As the brand continues to grow quickly, so will the opportunities within the company. Your package will be adjusted on capability, so ultimately if you consistently deliver more properties, you can expect an industry-leading package with uncapped earnings.
Your day-to-day activity will revolve around:-
• Delivering top-tier customer service
• Identifying new clientele and sourcing new business through prospecting
• Establishing and maintaining a database
• Working closely with the Sales Agents & Property Management teams
• Maintaining and developing client relationships
• Arranging market appraisals
• Ad hoc administration duties
• Flexible working conditions!
• A supportive and fun office culture
The Candidate:
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a proficient BDM
• Producing exceptional results (confirmed and proven true)
• Successful completion of the Agents Representative Certificate
• A determined approach, thriving on prospecting and lead generation
• Confidence in nurturing positive and professional client relationships
• A track record of achievement in sales, driven by motivation and
• Proficiency in tailoring and delivering presentations as per the audience's
needs
MUST HAVE'S
• A Real Estate Registration Certificate
• 2 Years Sales Experience
• Professional Appearance
• A Current Australian Driving Licence
