Commend, a global leader in creating cyber-secure intercoms, PA systems, help points, and communication solutions for Critical Infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to expand our footprint within the Critical Infrastructure/enterprise space, particularly in the public transport and energy sectors.
Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and developing your accounts, building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, coordinating with technical experts to deliver technical solutions, and ensuring sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge robust face to face relationships with clients in the public transport and energy sectors as well as other Critical Infrastructure industries, including consultants and integrators.
- Utilize your established network and proven track record to expose Commend’s premium products and services to the industry.
- Strategically manage and grow legacy accounts while consistently exploring opportunities for expansion.
- Showcase Commend’s commitment to cutting-edge, secure, and reliable communication solutions to a market with critical safety needs.
- Drive the growth of our brand's presence, ensuring that every voice can reach help when needed through our systems.
- Lead the charge in winning new customers and projects, significantly contributing to our mission of securing a connected and protected future.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience and an existing network within the public transport and/or energy sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and win over new clients, as well as to manage and grow existing accounts particularly in the Critical Infrastructure sector.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to bringing high-value solutions to the market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent Commend’s values and technology.
- Passion for innovation with a drive to be part of a company that sets the standard for reliability and security in communication systems.
- Interest in technology, particularly in software solutions, cloud-based and networked systems, and how they can revolutionize communication within Critical Infrastructures.
- Prior experience in security communication technologies such as CCTV, Access Control Systems, Virtual/Cloud-Based Communication Systems, SIP standards and VoIP technologies, and Integrated Building Systems

You will be able to work flexibly from your home and our office in the Greater Sydney Area, with certain attendance days in the office. You will receive a good base salary + super, car allowance, uncapped commissions on existing and new business as well as the opportunity to travel to our head office in Austria for trainings & meetings.
