Our client is an industry leader in providing Electric motors and controls to a wide range of sectors including industrial, mining, manufacturing, utilities, agriculture and more. We are currently looking for a high level and experienced Business Development Manager committed to driving the continued success of our client.
THE ROLE
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships with industry leaders and key decision-makers.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands.
- Attend and represent our client in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record in Business Development within the industrial equipment or electrical engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of Electric motors, drives, and automation technologies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying market trends and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$90,000-$110,000 Base
Super
Fully maintained company car or car allowance
