What do you do?
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Managing existing sales channels and developing new channels
- Conducting project presentations and partnership sales training.
- Assisting in closing sales with sales partners
- Provide marketing material and information on the upcoming projects
- Generate new leads and follow up on all queries (including online queries) from prospects with the aim to convert them to clients
- Existing relationships within the industry
- 2+ years of Real Estate experience or Luxury Car Sales Experience
- Business Development experience is favourable
- High interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Proactive focus on self-lead generation
