- Create rapport with people at all levels, keeping sight of the bigger picture.
- Developing new business within a territory, in both construction and non-construction industries.
- Develop a deep understanding of the access equipment offerings
- Be able to effectively communicate the value to customers
- Demonstrating how the solutions can meet their specific requirements as you grow to become a trusted advisor.
- A driven and strategic approach
- Has a hunter mindset and can-do attitude?
- Demonstrated strong sales, negotiating and relationships skills.
- Has experience within the construction/access industry.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and resilient attitude towards success & results
- Hold a valid driver licence.
