Your Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for Coronary Business Development Manager to join our Image Guided Therapy (IGT) team. The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives superior customer value by enabling the commercial strategy of new products, solutions and services, and of the existing coronary portfolio with the ANZ team. The BDM also creates innovative business models, which can be driven through existing and new sales channels and explore risk sharing partnerships to make sure local needs of customers are addressed and commercial success is ensured. This role is a national position and can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, regular travel will be required.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Enable ongoing commercial success of the Cardiovascular business in Australia and New Zealand by creating innovative business models and strategy
Discover new Cardiovascular business opportunities across ANZ and Identification of Image Guided Therapy Device strategic customer partnership opportunities
Supports the Clinical Account Specialists in field to grow and develop identified new and existing opportunities
Provide feedback into the value proposition creation, product development and launch process
Based on customer needs, design presentations for product introduction and ongoing product education and upskilling
Develop and implement professional education meetings based on the needs of the market, by working with local and international Key Thought Leaders and national Rising Stars
Responsible for identifying competitive moves in collaboration with the ANZ Cardio Vascular team, Marketing and Sales management team
Develop and execute professional education workshops/events for new and experienced customers, in line with local needs for the coronary portfolio
Continuous sharing of best practices across the ANZ Coronary Team when required
Key Thought Leader (KTL) and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management and development across ANZ Coronary customer base
In line with Segment Sales leader, work with identified key customers ensuring ongoing long-term partnerships, this includes regular face to face interaction across ANZ
We Are Looking For
Experience within the Medical Device Industry with a proven track record of sales delivery
Extensive experience within Interventional Cardiology with applications in Coronary Physiology and / or Coronary Intravascular Imaging is essential.
You will have confidence in establishing and maintaining relationships with KOL’s as well as across upcoming talent.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial skill set
Team player, who can integrate and work in a team as well as cross functionally.
Creative and innovative thinker who is action orientated and results focused and leads by example.
Confident in developing training, educational and events as well.
