Job Description- Identify current and upcoming market opportunities for the business through various Business Development strategies with a focus on the Mining sector
- Work with the wider team on proposals and tenders, providing the best possible opportunity to win on business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Work closely with key stakeholders, driving solutions and long term relationships
- Attend various networking events and other business opportunities to build strong relationships, positively represent the brand and develop potential opportunities
The Successful Applicant- Experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative within Logistics or Mining related industries highly regarded
- Ability to drive new business with a hunter mentality
- Excellent customer service, communication and negotiating abilities
- Motivated and determined, with the ability to prioritise and understand urgency when working with clients
- Understanding of key market sectors, develop sales strategies and the ability to work autonomously with an outcome focus
- Full Drivers Licence and the ability to travel one week out of 6 -8 weeks
