Fantastic Opportunity! Our client, who is a leader in the vehicle manufacturing sector, is looking to appoint an Account Manager Support in the Fleet department.
Based in Richmond, this is a 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension, hybrid working conditions (2 days in office, 3 WFH) and a salary of $70K +super.Benefits:

- End to end administrative management of orders.
- Support pitch presentations and customer tenders to win new business.
- As the Upfit operation is new, support creating new processes from the ground up.
- Forecast vehicle volumes on a monthly basis to ensure stock is available for incoming orders and ensure the upfit production pipeline is continuously fed.
- Create and maintain bespoke order tracking sheets including build, vessel, and road logistics and upfit production.
- Create and issue client reports as required.
- Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders related to the Upfit workstream.
- Experience working within the automotive industry, in an account support or project co-ordination capacity.
- Experience in Fleet or Vehicle Body Building would be highly desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word and PowerPoint is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- A valid Victorian Driver’s License is required.
