Due to continued growth and market demand, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic forward-thinking sales team.
About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Clover you will be required to have robust B2B sales skills and a sound understanding of contemporary marketing practices are critical for success within this role. The individual must be professional at all times and demonstrate a strong focus on strategic planning and communication along with a proven ability to negotiate and influence sales outcomes to fulfil the business objectives
Reporting to the General Manager you will be based in our Rocklea office but service the broader Queensland & New South Wales mining market.
Key responsibilities of this role;
- To ensure we maintain the most cost-effective and high level of customer service.
- Comply with all Safety requirements
- Professional engagement to provide the best solution to Mining & Resource Opportunities for Pipe/Fittings Supply
- Excelling at customer service and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers both internal and External, Suppliers and logistics providers.

Qualifications & Experience;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Mining & Resources Sector Sales Role.
- Demonstrated business and sales growth success
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on developing effective relationships
- A true sales hunter attitude with proven ability in lead conversion
- Current full driver’s license is required
- Have experience in Mining & Resource Market.
- A sound knowledge with Piping Solutions – advantageous.
- Experience in the use of CRM and email databases
- Experience in Project Delivery – Advantageous.
- Possess the ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of clients effectively
