Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Business Development Executive will need to be highly motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude to exceed business targets and execute strategies to grow market share across the portfolio.

Being in a telephone and Face-Face based role, you will have excellent phone manners and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

We are looking for an individual who is:

  • Customer centric and solution oriented to meet the customer needs and desired outcomes
  • Experienced in managing business customer base
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss how their needs could be met through specific products and services
  • Sustain monthly targets and KPI's through building strong sales pipeline
  • Manage campaigns within current portfolio
  • Retention of existing customer business

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Some experience in Telco space but we are open to individuals with customer management experience from other industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing nature and have excellent written and email skills.
  • Professional and proactive attitude
  • A Team Player with a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • PC skills: Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel fast and accurate keyboard skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
