Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic Business development plans to expand our client base.
• Identify and engage with potential clients in various industries to understand their recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and continuous engagement.
• Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
• Participate in quarterly reviews to track performance, set goals, and discuss career progression.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, Business development, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
• A self-motivated, ambitious, and money-hungry attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
