Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth through exemplary customer service and relationship-building. Your key duties will include:
- Following up sales inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Conducting on-site meetings with prospective customers, showcasing the value of our Tiny Homes.
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect Tiny Home solution that meets their unique needs and preferences.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure a smooth handover of projects.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the housing or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Barossa Valley area.
- A passion for sustainable living and a genuine interest in Tiny Homes.
