About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to support our General Manager - Business Growth. This role will be responsible for the provision of bringing in new and diverse business into the ATC, both at a state and national level. This role will bring in highly sort after apprenticeship opportunities across the various regions and build business relationships.
Whilst the reality of each day will be different, you can expect to be accountable for:
• Building deep, sustainable relationships with new and prospective host organisations
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Identifying training and employment requirements for a range of industry sectors
• Driving strong business to business sales outcomes
• Ensuring the ATC has a high profile through links and networks
• Driving local and state growth with various stakeholders
To best succeed in this role you will have;
• Proven experience in a business to business sales environment
• Strong Business Development acumen
• Established networks and relationships in the region
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and solutions
• Ability to promote training and employment programs to industry and potential apprentices and trainees
