Aston Advantage has expanded into a national business over the past 15 years with 5 branches focusing on the mining and construction sector. This role will be for our building and mining suppliers category which has been one of our core categories since the beginning.
 
The role:

• Develop relationship with our existing clients.
• Help expand the jobs into other departments including business support, blue collar and sale.
• Build volume within each company.
• Focus on winning more clients to build the brand as the leader within supplier category.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
 

• Love developing strong relationships and watch your clients succeed | Have a beer, go to functions and help them solve their headaches.
• Be able to have the hard conversations to ensure we are recruiting quality jobs that the recruitment team can fill.
• Feel comfortable in the mining and manufacturing industries | High-vis and steel caps necessary.
• Have the ability to look at the client's business from their viewpoint, not just sell them what we do.
