In this role you will provide leadership and support to your team and coordinate account management processes and operations to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and high quality service experience.
Drawing upon your extensive experience in occ rehab, the Key skills will include;
- Performance Management: Ability to monitor and ensure the achievement of customer benchmarks, and identify strategies to enhance performance and address issues.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in developing action plans, managing customer issues, complaints, and compliments, as well as fostering relationships with high-value employers.
- Team Leadership and Coaching: Experience in leading, supporting, and coaching teams to prioritize work according to divisional goals and address areas of underperformance.
- Financial Acumen: Skills to ensure referral and revenue targets are met, and the ability to identify and escalate anomalies in referral trends.
- Quality Assurance: Understanding of SLA standards, customer satisfaction metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Tender Management: Capability to coordinate tender submissions, strategically manage performance aligned with tender timelines, and effectively communicate with senior management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, escalate issues, and represent the organization in public forums and committees.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (Physio, OT, EP)
- Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience
- Possess a specialist skill set and have a solid reputation and profile internally, and within the industry, based on knowledge and skills
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio
- Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others
- Commitment to acting with integrity in claims management, with demonstrated adherence to contractual guidelines and requirements
- Hold and maintain a current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Advanced knowledge of worker’s compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
