- Provide an exceptional level of commitment to customer service and supplying customers with quality Industry Solutions.
- Develop business strategies and opportunities with new and/or existing customers to expand existing relationships and develop new relationships.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyse the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyse financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, new markets, products and services, or other business opportunities.
- Build your knowledge base around the capabilities of the portfolio to proficiently articulate the solution delivery to our resellers.
- Collaborate with vendors, and other internal Ingram Micro teams to successfully position the relevant solution into competitive situations.
- Prior experience in new business development is mandatory.
- Prior experience with customer management/consulting skills
- Excellent personal, organizational and time management skills and an ability to plan and implement marketing plans and business strategies.
- A strong natural influencer that engages with all stakeholders, to build credible, high-quality relationships.
- A Hunter mindset with a passion for technology and proven professional sales.
- Commercial sensitivity and uncompromising ethics are a must.
- A high degree of commercial acumen is also an essential prerequisite.
- Experience in the Data Capture, Point-of-Sale, or Healthcare IT channel is preferred.
