The position is full-time, and forms part of a small national Business Development team and will be responsible for new business sales across QLD. There is some interstate travel required and the position is based in our Brisbane West End office.
The role:
- Generate and increase B2B occupational healthcare services against set KPIs
- Development and preparation of highly professional tender and bid documentation
- Dedicated client management and development of new business
- Development, execution and maintenance of an operational plan to facilitate achievement of current and future revenue KPIs
- Operational level reporting
- Keep abreast of competitor information and awareness of market issues and feedback market intelligence to the business
- Assist in the market research of new products and services and play an active role in developing these in collaboration with operations
- Develop cross selling opportunities to grow existing client portfolio
- Demonstrable success in selling B2B professional services
- Advanced sales/Business Development skills
- Advanced commercial negotiation and networking skills/experience
- Experience in selling directly to HR/Safety Executives (advantageous)
- Ability to write content for tender and bid documentation
- Existing networks/potential sales channels or leads (advantageous)
- Entrepreneurial mindset to create sales opportunities
- The character to consistently deliver the highest level of customer service and relationship management
- Strong computing skills, including intermediate skills in the MS Office suite
- A team and customer centric approach to work
- Experience and knowledge of Occupational Health Services (advantageous)
