Milestone Chemicals Australia supplies commercial cleaning chemicals and accessories to a broad and diverse client base. A wholly Australian owned company with in-excess of 75 years’ experience.

We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Business Development Manager to join our Sydney sales team. 

Position Overview

• Attract new customers across Greater Sydney & select regional areas of NSW.
• Develop long term strategic relationships with customers to deliver outstanding service and support.
• Develop a strong pipeline and industry associations.
• Identify relevant opportunities to supply additional products to newly generated and existing customers.
• Assist with sales team development via direct sales assistance, lead generation, job training and improved knowledge.

Your Profile

Self-motivated and driven.

Enjoys hunting for new business opportunities.

Maintain the ability to create opportunities and close deals.

Possess excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to engage with people for the long-term benefit of the customer and our business.

Proven history in Business Development, Sales, and Customer Service.

Experience within the commercial cleaning chemical industry is preferred (but not essential).  A working knowledge of consumables provision to ‘health and aged care, commercial laundry, hospitality, and accommodation sectors’ is essential. 

A full internal company & product related training program will be implemented, with ongoing support and development assistance provided.
