Role Responsibilities
- Drive sales opportunities using company tools and assets.
- Identify and attract new clients through networking and cold calling.
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to domestic transport growth.
- Provide support for service and operational queries from new clients.
- Promote domestic transport services to new prospects and customers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans to expand the domestic transport client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Report on sales performance and market feedback to management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role within transport industry essential
- Previous experience in Business Development within global forwarding highly valued
- Operational experience within the global and domestic freight industry highly valued
