As a Business Development Manager for our Mortgage Broker Distribution business in NSW, you will manage a portfolio of Mortgage Brokers who you will liaise with, coach and develop. You will build deep relationships with brokers and key stakeholders so you can better understand their business. Ultimately it will be your job to provide timely advice and support to them, enhancing their experience and advocacy, so they can introduce customers to St. George and therefore grow our market share.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a large portfolio of residential broker relationships.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders as well as driving new business.
- Role modelling superior customer service and risk management.

What do I need?
First up, you'll be experienced in residential mortgage lending & sales. You'll be comfortable working autonomously and will be able to work to a fast pace. Communication, both written and verbal, will be a strength of yours, making you a master of presentations and influencing others. You'll also need a current NSW Driver's License.
