About the Role:We are looking for an articulate, polished professional with strong written and verbal communication skills. Your primary role as a Business Development Officer is to assist in identifying new business opportunities, create new business partnerships and execute successful sales and Business Development strategies to attract new clients in Perth who would benefit from or are looking to hire external resources to support their back office requirements for their local WA business.
You will also focus on further developing our relationships with our existing client base, to build on the foundation of our organic growth – this is a hands-on role and is suited for an innovative thinker with a passion for business growth, with a focus on the financial advice, broking, accounting, real estate, technology and professional services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:- Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Focus on activities related to business expansion, sales, and client services.
- Grow the number of financial advice, broking, accounting, real estate, technology and professional services firms that utilise the offering.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- Researching competitors’ products, services, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Work closely with management to deliver competitive customer pricing meeting both the customers' needs and delivering the best outcome for the business,
- Implement strategies of the Operations Manager to maximise business opportunities, market awareness, and grow market share.
- Resolving customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
