Office Manager / Business Development Manager

Ray White Exmouth & Exmouth Holidays operate a thriving real estate and holiday rental business in the stunning location of Exmouth on the Ningaloo Coast. This is a unique opportunity, for someone planning a sea change or an Exmouth local, to join our team.

What we need

This role requires a passion for property, a strong focus on managing human resources as well as experience in real estate, particularly residential property management. It is a broad ranging role encompassing BDM across both the residential and holiday divisions whilst working closely with the Principal on business planning and project implementation, as well as managing the property management and holiday rental divisions. You will need to be able to coordinate the team and be hands on with every aspect of the business when required. You will be the “go to” person to support staff when complex issues arise and an important contact point for clients.

• Certificate of registration.
