The Role:
As our clients new Business Development / Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in deepening existing relationships (Priority 1) and expanding our client’s network within the construction industry. Your primary focus will be on engaging with existing clients in the residential construction space, understanding their needs, and providing valuable assistance. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a people-oriented environment without the pressure of sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with clients and partners within the construction industry.
- Work closely with project, management teams and Senior leaders to develop and implement strategic Business Development initiatives.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the brand and build a strong professional network.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to internal teams to help shape the offerings and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
