A bit about the role…
The Business Engagement Consultant will work as part of our Ex-Offenders team; a Workforce Australia specialist contract designed to support those with lived experience in the justice system. You will be responsible for creating job vacancies, develop repeat business and achieve multiple placements. The focus being on providing candidates to employers across various industries to increase the number of progressive and accepting job opportunities across our region. Ensuring compliance with all Deed requirements and any relevant Policy Guidelines.
This is a full-time, fixed term role until June 2025 working across Logan and the Gold Coast.

A bit about your experience…
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent customer and client interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
