Business Engagement And Performance Contractor

The contractor will be responsible for developing a maturity path for Value Stream Owners, creating a
roadmap for standing up value streams using the PEx framework, determining the required workforce to
support the value streams, and establishing end-to-end measurement and Performance measures.
Core Deliverables:
Roadmap for Standing Up Value Streams:

• Create a roadmap that outlines the necessary steps and activities for establishing new value streams within the organization.
• Identify key dependencies, resources, and timelines for each stage of the value stream setup process.
• Provide recommendations for best practices and potential challenges to consider during the implementation.
• Maturity Path for Value Stream Owners: Develop a comprehensive maturity path that outlines the progression and capabilities required for Value Stream Owners to effectively manage and optimize their respective value streams.
• Define key milestones, competencies, and training requirements for Value Stream Owners to advance along the maturity path.

Workforce Requirements:

• Assess the workforce needed to support the value streams and identify any skill gaps or resource constraints.
• Provide recommendations on the roles and responsibilities required, including Change Managers (CMs), Business Analysts (BAs), and Business Readiness Leads.
• End-to-End Measurement of Value Streams: Establish a comprehensive measurement framework to track the performance and effectiveness of the value streams.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Competencies & Skill Level:

• Experience in successfully leading and implementing large business and operating model transformation in a complex environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong knowledge of CX/UX principles,frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and succinct manner to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience in change management, business analysis, business process modelling by using various tools and techniques.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
