About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, this permanent part time role will see you:
- Overall responsible for the marketing /advertising strategies.
- Follow up on all potential client leads.
- Using your experience as a Business Development Manager and your knowledge of the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, you will be expected to attract new customers, as well as networking and engaging within
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging potential clients.
- Proficiency in building robust and long-term client relationships grounded in trust, credibility, and responsiveness.
- Create, manage and execute marketing campaigns/expo's whilst tracking overall success.
- Attending events, functions and expos on behalf of Home Caring Gladstone.
- Ensuring thorough and accurate record keeping is completed.
- Contributing to the overall success and growth of Home Caring Gladstone.
- Unlock new business opportunities through effective marketing to ensure the business can meet their growth targets.
- A strong work ethic, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior and relevant industry experience in Aged Care, disability support or healthcare will be held in high regard.
- A car with comprehensive car insurance is essential for this role as this role will involve travel.
Skills & Experience:
- Have a strong knowledge base of the NDIS and/or Aged care sectors.
- Experience working in a fast past and changing environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing.
- The ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills
The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory national Police Certificate Check prior to commencing employment.
